- 6:30pm - Setup volunteers arrive and set up sound, lights, and various other bits.
- 7:15 - 7:30 - We start to gather for opening circle.
- 7:30 - 8:00 - Opening circle where we do a quick orientation and introduce ourselves.
- 8:00 - 9:30 - One of our DJ's will play a curated 90-minute set.
- 9:30 - 9:45 - Closing circle where we briefly come together to close out the space.
- 9:45 - 10:30(ish) - A more extended sharing circle for those who are available for it.
- 10:30 - 11:15 - Volunteers clean up and pack away the equipment.
