About this dance
It’s my birthday week and I happen to be facilitating this week. So basically, it’s my birthday party and you’re all invited!! 🥹✨
But for real, there’s no place I’d rather celebrate another trip around the sun. Come through. Whatever you’re looking for, you’ll find it.
This musical journey moves through a lot of different eras and energies that have shaped me. Childhood, energized and angsty teen years, cool-girl college era, liberation, deep knowing. A little bit of nostalgia, a little bit of chaos, and hopefully a whole lot of freedom to feel whatever comes up.
This community has given me so much. Facilitating the space always feels like giving back to something that has been responsible for so much growth within me. Like nurturing the soil where I grow.
The best thing I could get for my birthday is a dance floor full of people doing what they do best: feeling and dancing. Whether we know each other well or have never met, I want you to be there.
It’s bound to be a wubby and whimsical night with me on the aux. 💫
