Hello dancers!! I’m excited to be your facilitator this week!! 🌸
Daylight savings always feels like a turning point in the year…a little more sun, a little more energy. I took a little stroll through my garden yesterday and saw so much life starting to sprout up. I could feel the parallel with my own spirit. I’m waking up after a reflective and internal winter once again.
I’ve got a very special set in store for you this Wednesday. Lots of spring and rebirth energy in this one 🌷🌿
